Parent Zone

We value your support and involvement as parents and guardians in enabling your sons and daughters to achieve at Southport College. We will provide you with a progress report twice a year, invite you to parents’ evenings and supply you with important information via our Parent Portal.

Southport College offers all students a safe and secure setting in which to enjoy a positive learning experience. With an emphasis on high quality teaching, excellent support and constant encouragement from College staff, we aim to ensure that, with your support, your son or daughter succeeds, whatever their goals and aspirations.

In return, we ask you as parents and guardians to encourage your son and daughter to do all they can to succeed during their time at Southport College, including maintaining 100% attendance, wearing their ID badge in line with our Safeguarding policies and ensuring they always strive to do their best in College. We understand that sometimes circumstances can affect students’ ability to succeed. Help and support is available to all students at Southport College, they just need to ask.
