Return To Learning With No Up Front Fees!
Thinking of studying a level 3 or level 4 course at Southport College? There's a way to fund your studies with no up-front fees and nothing to repay until you're earning £21,000 a year. The even better news is that if you progress from an Access to HE Diploma course to complete a HE course, then your outstanding loan for the Access course is written off.
It's a great opportunity as these loans help you to pay the tuition fees charged by Southport College. Most learners aged 19 and over studying at level 3 or above will qualify for these new loans. There's no credit check and you don't have to pay anything back until your income is over £21,000!
We have an amazing range of courses to choose from including:
- Access to Higher Education courses
- Accountancy (AAT)
- Teaching Assistants
And many more
You can download course guides for Accountancy here

Our courses are designed to help you achieve industry recognised qualifications and find work and at the same time could even set you up in your own business
To get a loan you must be:

- Living in the UK on the first day of your course, and have lived in the UK, the Channel islands or the Isle of Man for 3 years immediately before this
- Starting your course on or after 1 August 2016
- Taking an eligible course that is level 3 or 4
Getting a loan doesn't depend on your household income and there's no credit check. Also repayments don't start until April 2018 and you won't have to pay anything back until you're earning over £21,000 a year.
