How To Apply For A HE Course At Southport College University Centre
Your Application To Southport College University Centre
At Southport College we want to make applying for a course as easy as possible. With that in mind we have produced a handy guide which explains exactly what happens when you apply to us.
Step 1 Application
If you are applying for a higher education course such as a HNC, HND, Foundation Degree, BA/BSc Honours Degree or PGCE you will need to apply through the UCAS system. Click here to view all Southport College courses listed on UCAS or if you are ready to apply you can click on the link in the box above.
Step 2 Interview
You will be invited in for an interview to check if the course is right for you. It's also your chance to ask about finance and learning support at the College. You will receive a letter with the time and date of your interview along with any special instructions.
Step 3 Formal Offer
We will send you a formal offer letter which fully explains the grades and any other conditions of offer that you need to meet to get on to the course. You need to return the slip included in the formal offer letter to confirm your place.
Step 4 Enrolment
In August you will get a letter inviting you in to enrol on your course. You will need to bring your qualification certificates or A-Level results slip on the day. Any other special instructions will be included in the letter.
