Dylan Taylor, one of our Electrotechnical Apprentices has been working on the installation of Southport College’s first ever electric vehicle charging points.

Our level 2 Health & Social Care students visited a local Dovehaven residential home, they put into practice their classroom learning and completed assignment work.

We hosted a brilliant street party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

A massive congratulations to Lindsey Joyce, one of our students on an evening art class for adults. She has won a live brief; designing a bag for life that will be printed and used at the foodbank run by Compassion Acts.

On Friday March 25th, we invited 6 of our partner high schools on to the Southport College campus to compete in an inter schools skills challenge.

A lorry load of almost 10,000 bricks, enough to build an entire house, has been generously donated by one of the UK’s leading brick suppliers, Michelmersh.
