Our level 1 course is a fantastic introduction to the art, design, media and photo industries. Whilst studying maths, English and developing your Employability skills, you will also be learning about the world of art, illustration, photography and creative media, preparing you for these subjects at Level 2.

2 GCSEs at Grade 2 or above, maths and English at grade 1 or completion of Aspire course and maths and English at grade 1. You also require a successful interview and satisfactory reference.

Following successful completion of the course you may progress on to a level 2 course, Supported Internship programme, enter into Employment or an Apprenticeship.

There is no formal exam, you will build a portfolio of evidence.

Qualification: Diploma in Skills for Further Learning and Employment (RQF)

We offer specialist vocational qualifications and you would study only one of these during your time with us. You apply for one course per application but if you are undecided you can submit multiple applications for different courses. However, you would need to choose one subject before you enrol. .
