With multiple starts dates over the coming months, our Leadership Training is designed to support local employees step into management and leadership.
The one-day programme will be focused on interactive group workshops and real-life, scenario based challenges which participants can then carry into the world of work. Once the training is complete, individuals will also have 1-2-1 coaching support and person-focused advice to support their long term career progression.
There are multiple start dates across the coming months:

- 14/04/2027
Alternatively, if you are business looking to train multiple members of staff, we are happy to host the training at your workplace.
The training is open to those who live in the Liverpool City Region, which is comprised of Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Knowsley, Wirral and Halton. This is part of our commitment to long-term skills investment in our region and empowering local employees to achieve their career goals.
