The Hospitality sector
Once you’ve completed your training, our qualifications are suitable for job roles and hospitality environments including conference and event centres, cruise ships, theme parks, tourist destinations and resorts as well as restaurants and hotels. The UK hospitality and catering sector is continuing to expand and although it is already a large employer, there is still a high demand for new workers with specialist skills.
Clouds Restaurant
Clouds is our fully working restaurant that gives Hospitality & Catering students the necessary work experience to be successful within the hospitality and catering industry. The students gain experience in how to run a restaurant and learn crucial event management skills. Clouds has state-of-the-art kitchens for our students to learn with the most up to date equipment.
Careers Advice & Guidance
As an adult learner you’ll have access to the careers and university resources and you can also access course and careers advice and guidance through our Student Information Centre. You tutor will also discuss careers options and applications with you.
