Clouds is our fully working restaurant that gives our Hospitality and Professional Cookery students valuable hands-on experience and allows them gain the skills needed to succeed in their future careers.

Lunchtime Dining

Clouds is open to the public for lunches on Tuesdays at 12pm, during term time, offering a fabulous great value 3 course fine dining experience, in stylish surroundings with panoramic views of Southport’s skyline for just £13.50 per person (there is a surcharge for themed/xmas events).

Evening Dining

On various Wednesdays throughout the year, we will be hosting an evening dining experience; dates to be confirmed below.

Clouds is fully licensed and everything is supervised by our professional tutors.
